The painting below is from a photograph of the Penarth Custom
House near the Penarth docks. This building used to be the Post Office for Penarth where my grandfather worked during
his lifetime. When I was holidaying in England in May 2006, I took a picture of the building, then asked Ken Hayes to
recreate the image in a painting for me. I was absolutely thrilled with the result which has now been framed in a beautiful
Italian pewter patina wood frame with suede matt in a soft lavender gray to match the colours in the painting. My sincerest
thanks to Ken for this wonderful treasure!!!
