Junction of Hwys 89 & 179 is called "The Y". We are going east on 89, 179 is coming up on the right at
the lights where we turn to go south to the resort. Hwy 89 bends to the left into the shopping district of Upper
Sedona and continues on a lovely scenic drive up to Flagstaff which is at an elevation of 7,800 feet about 25 miles
north of Sedona.
